  • From the moment you visit our presentation centre, you’ll be assisted by a qualified sales representative, who will explain the process of buying a home and advise you of important details you’ll need to know.
  • After your purchase, a dedicated Quality Care representative will be available to answer your questions and discuss your concerns during the time in which your home is being constructed.
  • Our style and décor consultant will ensure that your home is delivered as a personalized reflection of your taste.
  • During construction, you’ll be invited to a personal frame walk tour with our construction professionals, so that you can see and understand the inner workings of your home’s systems.
  • As your closing date approaches, our Quality Assurance Specialist will guide you in a Home Orientation and Pre-Delivery Inspection, helping you become familiar with your new home’s systems and equipment as well as documenting the condition of your home before you move in.
  • Finally, you will meet our Quality Care Warranty Service team who will work with you during your new home’s warranty period and help make settling into your new home as pleasant as possible.
